Caring for people of all ages since 1991, Capital Medical Group’s Family Medicine Division offers resources on the east and west sides of Frankfort as well as in Lawrenceburg. Our goal is to help you prevent illness and maintain your best possible health. We can help identify potential health problems and treat many of your current and chronic medical issues. Our training is second to none, our facilities comprehensive and convenient, and we’re available when you need us.
We know you can’t always take off on weekdays, so we feature evening and weekend hours, plus walk-in options.
Wellness means more than an annual checkup and a flu shot. It means having a positive attitude, a healthy lifestyle, and guidance from a team of medical professionals who know you and can assist when necessary.
Many people only come to the doctor when they are sick or need a medication refill but did you know as a Medicare beneficiary you have the opportunity to have your “wellness” checked? This visit is called the “Annual Wellness Visit” and it is covered once a year at no cost* to you!
The Annual Wellness Visit is a time to sit down with one of our Wellness team providers and create a plan tailored to keep you in good health. A typical visit includes assessing your brain health, memory, and overall physical health.
Capital Medical Group is here for you when you are sick, but we are here to help keep you healthy, too! Call and make your appointment today. Remember it’s for good health and it’s free*!
*does not include additional services e.g. blood work, procedures, etc.

New patients are always welcome. Please call the office to schedule an appointment.
For your first office visit, arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out new patient registration forms. For your convenience, these are provided here to complete and bring with you.
Please print these forms, fill them out, and bring them to your first appointment. (We accept most major insurance carriers.)
Physicals and well-child visits should be scheduled in advance to ensure you will be seen by your preferred provider and to make sure appropriate blood work is done.
Sick visits are scheduled the same day whenever possible. We advise you to call early for an appointment. Walk-in patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis AFTER scheduled appointments and emergencies.
Make an appointment for each person to be seen. We need to allow adequate time for each patient. Please do not ask your doctor to see additional patients who do not have an appointment.
Please arrive on time and if you need to cancel, call the office as soon as possible. Appointment no-shows may result in discharge from the practice.
Bring any forms that your provider must complete as well as the following:
1) Your insurance card
2) Photo ID
