Raul Heredia, M.D., F.A.C.C., ASE
Dr. Heredia graduated cum laude from Guayaquil University in Ecuador in 1984. He did his internal medicine residency at Emory University and his Cardiology fellowship at the University of Texas in Galveston. Dr. Heredia is a board certified cardiologist since 2001. He has recently moved from London, Kentucky where he practiced cardiology at Heart Specialists of Southern Kentucky. He is a non-invasive general cardiologist with expertise in echocardiography, stress testing, and transesophageal echocardiography.
David W. Sihau, M.D., F.A.C.C.
Dr. Sihau graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1982 and is a board certified Cardiologist. Dr. Sihau did his Internal Medicine and Cardiology training at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonia Texas and served 11 years on active duty with the Air Force, including a 2 year tour in Japan. He has been in practice since 1992 and came to Frankfort in 1995 where he established the cardiac catheterization laboratory and program at Frankfort Regional Medical Center and served as Medical Service Chief, Chief of Staff and Chairman of the Board of Trustees. Dr. Sihau has participated in a worldwide research trial coordinated by Duke Clinic Research and is director of an annual continuing medical education program for local physicians with special interest in preventative cardiology and lipid management.
